About Peter Banyai

Sandra Flores and her team were pure excellence from start to finish. Quick responses, deep market knowledge, and just real professionalism. Sandra thinks outside the box and gets things done. We were in escrow while she was in Japan, in a totally opposite time zone, and she still went above and beyond every single step. We felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Honestly, five stars doesn’t even feel like enough. If you’re ready to make your dream home a reality and want someone who truly knows the market, call Sandra Flores and her team.

I had such a great experience working with her! She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping her clients make the right decision. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers every question with patience, and makes the whole process feel much less overwhelming. What I appreciate most is that she never makes you feel pressured. She really listens to what you’re looking for and makes sure you feel confident every step of the way. If you’re looking for a realtor who is reliable, honest, and truly has your best interests at heart, I highly recommend her!

My experience with the Sandra Flores Group team has been absolutely excellent. These professional individuals, with extensive knowledge of the real estate sector, helped me realize my dream of owning my own home. I am grateful for their dedication and support throughout the entire process.

I worked with Sandra Flores Group on selling my home. Same conducted a detailed consultation and explained the marketing strategy step by step. She guided me through listing, staging recommendations, and scheduling showings. The team executed the plan efficiently, while Same monitored progress and provided updates regularly.

Good information and service, looking forward to buying from the team.

Excellent service from the very beginning. Thanks to their kindness, we've made some new friends. A very professional team. Buying a house with Sandra's team has been a wonderful experience.

It helped that they speak both Spanish and English, which made the whole process easier for my parents.

We had inherited a property in need of work, and weren’t sure if we should sell as-is or fix it up. Sandra gave us straight options and let us decide. No pressure. Her market knowledge gave us a clear picture of what to expect. We ended up selling without doing major repairs and still got a fair offer.

Wasn't even planning to buy yet, just browsing Zillow. But I ended up talking to Sandra after clicking on a listing. Instead of the usual pushy follow-up, she asked what I was looking for long-term. That conversation changed my whole timeline.

Sandra’s group was straight-up better than the two agents I’d dealt with before. No guesswork, no “maybe this will work”; they know what’s up with the Vegas market and how to get an offer accepted. You’ll thank yourself later for calling them.
